    Hello,

    Needed help regarding Konica Image Pilot Software
    [link=https://www.konicaminolta.com/globalen/healthcare/products/console/imagepilot/index.html]https://www.konicaminolta…/imagepilot/index.html[/link]

    Running into a major problem where the vendor seems to not be as knowledgable on how to give our radiologists access to view images remotely and xrays are pilling up fast!

    If there anyone who can contact me via txt at +1 (786) 920-6594 or email at [email protected] as I would be happy to pay for your consultation as long as you are familiar with this software and can help guide us through some of the VPN/gateway roadblocks coming up.

    VPN is different than image pilot or whatever. A lot of places might setup a peer 2 peer vpn. Im guessing if you are dealing with a small office they probably dont have the equipment or public IP space to create that. You could always setup a software VPN like Cisco Anycomnect but that depends on what you have in place. Things like Meraki are also cool. Its like a hardware VPN. But like I said most of that depends on what you have in place.

    That Konica software should be able to burn a DVD. If you cant get stuff read I would think burn to DVD and take them to import into your other PACS/ viewer. It actually I think burns a viewer on the disc also.
