  • Interventional Radiology Residency Position (Integrated) @ UC Davis Health

    Dear residents,

    We are excited to announce an available position for an IR2 (PGY-3) level resident starting on July 1, 2024, at University of California Davis Health. If you are seeking an outstanding residency program that focuses on cultivating highly skilled clinical interventional radiologists, we invite you to consider joining our team. This position is open to current IR and DR residents.

    Program Highlights:

    • Our IR faculty is committed to teaching, research, clinical excellence, and service to society.
    • Clinical sites with high volume and a diverse range of cases provide an excellent learning experience for each resident.
    • Comprehensive training in various aspects of IR, covering venous disease, PAD, hepatobiliary disease, pediatric IR, women’s and men’s health, vascular anomalies, lymphatic disease, endocrine interventions, GI/GU interventions, transplant interventions, biliary endoscopy, interventional oncology, etc.
    • Consult service with top-notch clinical training.
    • Integration with NeuroIR, Vascular Surgery, and vascular imaging rotations.
    • Early integration into IR (residents spend 10-12 weeks in IR during each of their first 3 years and attend a longitudinal clinic throughout their residency).
    • A dedicated didactic curriculum for IR residents, including weekly conferences, journal clubs, and angio clubs.
    • Hands-on learning in the UC Davis Simulation Lab.
    • An excellent diagnostic radiology curriculum.
    • Mentorship provided throughout your residency.
