RA and RPA median salary
I am curious to know if there are any RA’s or RPA’s on this forum. I am not a RA, or RPA, but I do know a few in the field. As far as median salary in your field is it comparable to a PA salary, and is it above all other Radiology median salary levels.
I believe it should be above every other advanced modality salary due to the fact that this career path you receive a masters degree and you would be performing actual procedures that a Radiologist would normally perform.
What are your opinions? I think the starting salary should be over $70 hr.

Thank you for the kind words. I doubt you will have anyone actually post their salary on a forum though. I believe both the CBRPA and the ARRT (or maybe ASRT?) posts salary surveys periodically on the websites. You will find that salaries vary all over the country depending on location and cost of living. I like the $70/hr thought though . . .
