I did a liver biopsy on a potential liver donor biopsy. I was asked to send an invoice to the transplant agency. I’m new to this game. What is the appropriate amount to bill? -

Whatever your top line charge for the procedure is otherwise. Instead of sending it to insurance as a claim, have billing send it out as an invoice.
