    Appropriate salary for this job?

    We are a private practice based far west looking to hire a fully remote rad for an early morning shift.
    -Employed position
    -Fully remote
    -5AM-1PM.
    -Mon-Fri; No holidays, weekends, or call.
    -Fully funded retirement on top of salary.
    -ED/IP and some OP (easy stuff). Our volumes are low relative to what most people read.
    -14 weeks vacation.

    What would be a reasonable starting salary and sign-on bonus for this position?
