Sandra Garza, girlfriend of fallen officer Brian Sicknick just filed fed. civil lawsuit vs Donald Trump & two defendants charged w/ assaulting Sicknick. Alleging conspiracy, wrongful death, other claims. Seeking $10 million in damages. Sicknick died of natural causes after Jan 6
The two defendants, George Tanios and Julian Khater were both accused of assault against Sicknick. Both pleaded guilty. Tanios is set for sentencing Jan 27.

DC jury finds Richard Bigo Barnett (the guy with his feet up on Pelosi’s desk) guilty in Capitol riot trial. All counts.
Bigo Barnett testified in his own defense. It was, at times, combative and there were some vulgarities. He directly addressed jurors during testimony.. with seeming attempts at humor & when seemingly caught in contradictions Jury returned guilty verdict with lightning speed.
Barnett had testified he acted like a f****ing idiot but didnt commit a crime (including in putting his feet on a Pelosi office desk) Jury convicted him of all federal charges.
