PACs Contracts
Are all PACS contracts 3 year minimums with no out clauses?
I was looking over some proposals for a Telerad group and it appears once they sign they’re stuck with them for 3 years. No options to cancel if implementation goes poorly, SLAs are violated… no customer protection at all.
Is this the new norm? -

sounds like you need better legal counsel going over your contracts.

That pretty much summarizes it in a nutshell, Remote, unless you are proactve and add your own language that protects you. If you sign a vendor contract as presented and you get what you deserve..especially when problems start to happen.
