  • Mckesson PACs Monitor Setup

Posted by mailmeseb_761 on July 2, 2023 at 6:34 am

Hello. Id like to see if any of you guys has had trouble with Mckesson PACs populating the diagnostic image display panels (left, right) on the wrong monitor(s). For example, the panels would populate on the correct diagnostic monitors (2K or more resolution) BUT also on the side worklist monitor which has lower resolution (1080p). Any trick to fix that? My understand is that Mckesson automatically chooses which monitor(s) it will display images on, no manual option for user. Thank you!

We had to change the resolution of the non-diagnostic monitor.
    Diagnostic monitor 1: 2048×2160
    Diagnostic monitor 2: 2048×2160
    Non-Diagnostic monitor: 2048×1536 or 1920×1080
It does give you black bars on the sides of the non-diagnostic monitor. But it fixes the issue you described.
