Help Ranking DR Programs: UChicago vs NYU vs Cornell
Hi! Was hoping for any up-to-date information on these DR programs. Of the three, UChicago and Cornell gave me the best vibe during interview day and talking to residents, but NYU has a ton of opportunities and connections for things that seem super interesting. I like Chicago more than NYC, but would be fine living in either place for 4 years. Can someone offer any thoughts about these programs? I am currently interested in private practice, but I recognize I may change my mind at some point. I never know how much stock to put into rankings as well (Doximity, USNWR, etc).

NYU (best DR program in NYC arguably the country) >Cornell (better resident benefits, nice apartments in UES and most moonlighting $ in NYC, 2nd best DR in NYC)>UChicago south side/not a great location, probably cheaper than NYC but rent has dropped a lot since COVID.
