    Need desktop PC for telerad:
    would appreciate recommendation for home PC.  Exact model ideally.

    Define the requirements to run your software and go from there.

    Example
    HP Z2 corei9 64GB ram Radeon video card
    Eizo mx315
    HP E27
    Cisco Meraki
    Creative web cam

    AS DICOM Dan said, get the required specs before making any decisions. I will add this simple suggestion, whatever specs you are given, EXCEED them. If you have to spend a couple of hundred dollars extra, it is well worth the price.
