A 38-year-old woman with known alcoholic liver cirrhosis (Child-Turcotte-Pugh class C, decompensated liver disease) presented to the emergency department after a witnessed generalized tonic-clonic seizure secondary to alcohol withdrawal.

CASE INSTRUCTIONS:
