History:

A 40-year-old man in end-stage renal failure for 12 years under hemodialysis consulted for bilateral slowly progressing and nontender inguinal swelling. Investigations revealed hyperparathyroidism with increased phosphocalcic product. He was referred to us for radiological evaluation.

A radiograph and an unenhanced CT of the pelvis were obtained. Axial and reformatted coronal images are shown. Click to enlarge the images.
