I didn’t want to do too much call, i wanted a short partnership, a lot of money, didnt’ want to do mammo or IR. I also thought (at the time) that I was a real commodity. Then I got a wake up call, when I started working I was slow sh*t and thank goodness I joined a group that gave me time to grow. I think the problem today is that new graduates are too picky (like i was) and have unrealistic expectations (like i did).
