    </div><div>Seems low. If you do 1 on and 2 off it’s about 122 shifts per year. 10 hour shift at 325 an hour. Basically you are making 400k a year and working 30 percent of the weekends. If you were an overnight person you should be making 550k. This is an early morning shift but not sure it’s worth 150k less. I would push for minimum 500k for the type of job you are describing especially considering that you are basically committing to work 17 full weekends a year. </div>
