New onsite partnership job opportunity
Due to continued growth, Independent practice group in East Texas is currently seeking an onsite diagnostic radiologist. Join a dynamic, democratic, and efficient growing group of young radiologists that cover multiple hospitals in the region as well as many other independent imaging centers. We have excellent relationships with our hospital administrations. Can choose to live in your choice of multiple cities in East Texas with large metro areas within 1-2 hours driving distance.
Seeking a well rounded radiologist who can interpret mixed modalities including mammo.
Minor procedures but not IR will be needed. We are willing to train/retrain as needed. Opportunity can allow for focus in your subspecialty of interest. Employment or partnership tracts available. Weekend coverage is required for partnership tract. Weekend coverage is desired but not required for employment tract. Depending on desired employment model compensation can range from $550-650k for employment and $650-u800k for partnership tract. Partners can make $800-900k+.
A partnership track offer can be as fast as 6-9 months to partnership depending on experience.
Starting salaries and partner compensation amongst the top 5% of country $/wRVu. Vacation starting at least 12 weeks, CME and moving stipend, health insurance benefits, and 401k with contribution matching are offered from day one.
Extensive both on site and remote from home day time moonlighting opportunities for off weeks if desired. These are equally offered and shared as well.
