Wanting her for VP with Biden and wanting her for 2020 President are two very different things

Normally I would agree with you.  But his VP has a higher than normal likelihood of becoming President.

Oh yeah … And by 2024 she *might* be a good Presidential candidate.

(538 podcast was assessing the odds of Harris being the 2024 nominee if Biden wins in 2020 …. it boiled down to “she has a better chance than anyone else, but if you had to take a bet you take the field over her … less than 50/50… it will be contested mightily)

I would say it will be her or AOC… establishment vs Leftism again.  That battle within the Dem party will not die for awhile.

I know you’re a liberal person (which is fine and I respect your viewpoint) but would even you vote for AOC?  Does she harm the Dem party in your opinion?  Others can chime in too as I find it fascinating that a national party has gravitated to an individual that clearly lacks distinct thinking skills but is willing to put forth radical proposals via approval of Twitter responses/followers.  And yes, I know it’s fascinating the Republicans gravitated toward Trump too, I’m just asking about AOC for now.

I think AOC is going to try to take Pelosi’s job, not run for President.  (edit: At least not in 2024)

Trump Admits Hes Trying to Sabotage Mail Voting
President Trump admitted that hes blocking a new coronavirus relief bill over proposed aid for the U.S. Postal Service in an attempt to derail mail-in voting during Novembers election, [link=https://uk.reuters.com/article/us-health-coronavirus-usa-postal/trump-u-s-post-office-election-funds-stalling-coronavirus-relief-talks-idUKKCN2591PU]Reuters[/link] reports.

Said Trump: The items are the post office and the $3.5 billion for mail-in voting. If we dont make the deal, that means they cant have the money, that means they cant have universal mail-in voting. It just cant happen.

And he was not and still is not, a natural born citizen. You prove the point here, DICOM, which is that the Constitution was lost years ago. That people don’t care anymore about the Constitution doesn’t mean that any given thing is “Constitutional.” Just ask the 9th circuit.

Two early polls suggest that the public has had a reasonably positive reaction to Harriss selection, too. A [link=https://today.yougov.com/topics/politics/articles-reports/2020/08/11/snap-poll-kamala-harris-joe-biden-data-poll]snap poll by YouGov[/link] after the pick found that 51 percent of voters approved of the choice while 36 percent disapproved. And 47 percent [link=https://www.ipsos.com/en-us/news-polls/abc-VP-2020]told ABC News/Ipsos[/link] that Harris was an excellent or good choice including 83 percent of Democrats. Only 29 percent said the choice was not so good or poor.
Bottom line: Bidens decision to pick a woman as his VP has remained widely popular, and in Harris, hes found a solid No. 2. As a former presidential contender, shes already been through public scrutiny of her record and background, and, as a U.S. senator, she has high-level political experience. Shes also a relatively popular choice according to the polls, so her history-making nomination should please many Democra

How Kamala Harris Has Stacked Up
[link=https://www.politico.com/news/2020/10/07/kamala-harris-biden-veep-debate-426898]Politico[/link]: Joe Bidens selection of Harris has excited Democrats. Shes helped him raise money at a record clip. She is Bidens highest-profile surrogate to swing-state cities like Milwaukee, Detroit and Philadelphia, with a particular focus on courting voters of color, including African Americans and Latinos.

Harris appears solo and alongside Biden in TV ads, a rarity for a VP contender, and stars in digital videos pumped out by the campaign. Shes become the 77-year-old nominees emissary to pop culture, making appearances with musical icons, sitting for podcasts geared toward non-political audiences and drawing millions of views for brief videos of her stepping off the plane in Converse Chuck Taylor sneakers. The verdict: Harris, with a few exceptions, has hit her marks.

Culture is it is a reflection of our moment and our time. Right? And present culture is the way we express how we’re feeling about the moment and we should always find times to express how we feel about the moment. That is a reflection of joy. Because, you knowit comes in the morning, We have to find ways to also express the way we feel about the moment in terms of just having language and a connection to how people are experiencing life. And I think about it in that way, too.

Doesn’t take much to be VP.
