If he used the funds himself then it is likely now an illegal campaign contribution. Depending on where the funds actually came from it could be illegal use of campaign funds.

Yeah, darn that whole 1st amendment thing. Can’t remember the case, but I believe this kind of scenario has been litigated and wound its way through the court. No way will Trump be able to stop that interview.

This story has definitely gone down the rabbits hole. Like there was an NDA but they said it was invalid because it wasn’t signed. Now there’s a lawsuit. If the NDA is invalid why does there need to be a lawsuit to wave the NDA. Also she offered to pay back the $130k to void the NDA. If it’s not a valid agreement why pay the money back? A lot of this I think is just Stormy playing this up.
On NPR they had sent a reporter to a nudie bar in FL where she was performing. They do have an interview with her and she’s doesn’t even hide the fact this is really good for her business. It was kind of funny because even though she can’t say anything about Trump apparently the bar had a guy that looked like Trump put on the whole Trump suit, and escort her on stage.-

The Enquirer uses a nice little scheme to silence inconvenient information from getting out. They ‘purchase’ exclusive rights to a story & then quash the story. Since they now own exclusive rights to the story there is nothing the person who is telling the story can do to get the story out.
