As always, the lack of evidence proves just how really devious those Democrats really are.

Rudy alleges “assault” by a drugstore worker.

Security video shows a mild slap on the back.
[link=https://thehill.com/homenews/ap/ap-u-s-news/heckler-charged-with-assault-after-confronting-rudy-giuliani/]https://thehill.com/homen…ronting-rudy-giuliani/[/link]

If the ‘assault’ isn’t hard enough to knock over a 78-year-old who had 3 Manhattans for breakfast, it’s probably not going to be prosecutable.

Rudy Giuliani Is Target of Criminal Probe In Georgia
Lawyers for Rudy Giuliani have been told that he is a target of a criminal investigation in Georgia into election interference by Donald Trump and his advisers, the [link=https://www.nytimes.com/2022/08/15/us/graham-georgia-investigation-trump.html]New York Times[/link] reports.

Earlier this summer, prosecutors questioned witnesses before a special grand jury about Mr. Giulianis appearances before state legislative panels in December 2020, when he spent hours peddling false conspiracy theories about secret suitcases of Democratic ballots and corrupted voting machines.

Rudy Giuliani blew off a Manhattan court hearing Friday where a judge said the former New York City mayor would be tossed behind bars if he doesnt fork over $225,000 plus lawyer fees to his ex-wife by early next month, the [link=https://nypost.com/2022/09/23/judge-says-giuliani-faces-jail-if-he-doesnt-pay-ex-235k/]New York Post[/link] reports.

The ultimatum came at a hearing in the divorce case between Giuliani, 78, and former wife Judith Giuliani who claimed in a lawsuit hes fallen behind on payments totaling $262,000 owed under terms of their 2019 divorce settlement.

Said the judge: If the amount is not paid by that date, Im going to be forced unfortunately because its not something I want to do Im going to be forced to remand the defendant into custody.

OK.  So at the end of this hearing (there’s a video) he pulls up his sleeve and tells his lawyer he has two wrist watches on.  And no BS he’s wearing two watches.  He put two watches on and didn’t notice till 3 or whatever hours into the hearing.  Then tells his lawyer.  LOL.
Special Counsel Subpoenas Rudy Giuliani Over Trump Fundraising
Special counsel Jack Smiths team has subpoenaed Donald Trumps former attorney Rudy Giuliani, asking him to turn over records to a federal grand jury as part of an investigation into the former presidents fundraising following the 2020 election, [link=https://www.cnn.com/2023/01/09/politics/rudy-giuliani-subpoena-special-counsel-fundraising-trump/index.html]CNN[/link] reports.

The subpoena, which was sent more than a month ago and has not been previously reported, requests documents from Giuliani about payments he received around the 2020 election, when Giuliani filed numerous lawsuits on Trumps behalf contesting the election results.

Murdoch Executive Said Booze Had Gotten to Giuliani
Rupert Murdoch and one of his top executives privately disparaged Rudy Giuliani as he pushed conspiracy theories about voter fraud in the 2020 election, [link=https://www.businessinsider.com/dominion-lawsuit-murdoch-fox-news-booze-had-got-to-giuliani-2023-2]Insider[/link] reports.

Said Col Allan, a former editor in chief of the New York Post: Hes unhinged. Has been for a while. I think booze has got him.

Murdoch and Allan appeared to be discussing a bizarre press conference Giuliani held on November 7, 2020, at the Four Seasons garden center outside Philadelphia, which had apparently been mistakenly booked in a mixup with the Four Seasons hotel in the city.

Its usually the downfall of a great republic when the prosecution system is turned into a political device. You can look at ancient history, and you can see this is the kind of thing that ends a civilization.

Rudy’s going to be going through some things.  Getting sued for $10m and she has a lot of receipts.  The big one seems to be talking to the girl who files suit about selling pardons for $2m each.  Half to him and half to DJT, and circumventing the legal counsel in the pardon office.

Quote from dergon

Uh oh …

Last night Rudy Giuliani admitted in a court filing that he made false claims about Georgia election workers Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman. These are the two individuals that Trump, his attorneys and his followers claimed to have committed election fraud in the state of Georgia, leading to Biden’s victory.

Giuliani now admits that it was fabricated.

[link=https://www.npr.org/2023/07/26/1190173929/rudy-giuliani-georgia-election-workers]https://www.npr.org/2023/…orgia-election-workers[/link]

Rudy Giuliani conceded in a court filing that he made false statements when he said two Georgia election workers mishandled ballots during the 2020 election.

“While Giuliani does not admit to Plaintiffs’ allegations, he for purposes of this litigation only does not contest the factual allegations,” court documents filed Tuesday read.

In a declaration signed by Giuliani, he acknowledges that he made statements that “carry meaning that is defamatory per se” and that those comments were “actionable” and “false.”

This declaration also stipulates that Giuliani “believes that he has legal defenses” to the lawsuit and wants to “avoid unnecessary expenses in litigating what he believes to be unnecessary disputes.” He also said he believes his statements were constitutionally protected.

logical conclusion –

The judge is now asking why Rudy doesn’t just forfeit on the related lawsuit.
[link=https://www.flyertalk.com/forum/redirect-to/?redirect=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.cnn.com%2F2023%2F08%2F05%2Fpolitics%2Fgiuliani-lawsuit-2020-election%2Findex.html]https://www.cnn.com/2023/08/05/polit…ion/index.html[/link]

A federal judge on Friday demanded an explanation from [link=https://www.cnn.com/2023/08/01/politics/co-conspirators-trump-indictment/index.html]Rudy Giuliani [/link]as to why he conceded in court that he made [link=https://www.cnn.com/2023/07/12/politics/giuliani-defamation-election-fraud/index.html]false and defamatory statements[/link] about two Georgia election workers after the 2020 election but hasnt forfeited their lawsuit against him.

Giuliani has until Tuesday afternoon to either forfeit the lawsuit, conceding he is liable and opening himself up to pay the ballot-counters damages, or give Judge Beryl Howell more explanation and appear before her for a hearing in mid-August.
Rudy Giuliani Could Be at the Ultimate Crossroads: To Protect Trump or Protect Himself

Ex-NYC mayor’s queen for a day sessions with federal prosecutors lasted two mornings and Trumpworld noticed
Current and former Trump insiders who noticed the scheduling shake-up with Smith’s investigators didnt view it so blithely.
One day? You dont know what to make of [it], Trumps former White House attorney Ty Cobb told The Messenger, noting it could be a mere courtesy or an attempt to negotiate for something else from federal prosecutors as they consider whether to bring federal charges against Trump tied to the 2020 election and Jan. 6, 2021, insurrection at the U.S. Capitol.
Two days though suggests that the DOJ may be considering his value as a witness, Cobb added.
