Im sure he will be fine (will get the best possible medical treatment imaginable) but he would have engendered a lot more empathy had he not behaved like a total assclown during this pandemic.

He should get the best care in the world … and almost certainly is. The only thing that will prevent Trump from getting the best care is Trump.
 
 
That said, regardless of how high quality his care is, there is no guarantee that he will have a mild course or that he will survive.  With this virus ‘the best care” does not provide guarantee, particularly in an obese 74 year old man.
