    PACS for free clinic

    I volunteer at a free clinic and they just budgeted to put in a PACs for their xray and us clinic. Theyre asking my advice but Im not well versed in this area. The priorities are 1) cloud based so rads dont have to drive the 45 min to the clinic and 2) cheap. There wont ever be a need for cross sectionals. Any advice would be appreciated
