New LG monitor tall
It looks like LG is coming out with a new monitor, the 28MQ780. It looks interesting with a 16:18 aspect ratio – really good for vertical use.

It looks like it could be a good monitor for having the EMR/RIS on for the dictation, viewing and editing of reports – the current aspect ratio of most monitors sucks for this.
Anyone have any contacts in LG that could get a demo model, give it a try and post their opinions of it on this forum?

I bought the monitor. The extra vertical real estate is nice – lets you as see the whole report without scrolling.
Not sure it was worth the extra cost over a regular monitor with the usual aspect ratio. Maybe it would be a good buy if you can get it at a discount in bundle with an LG diagnostic display.
