  • Far-left views: The problem is that your ideas are stupid

Bill Maher savages ‘gullible’ Millennials and Gen Z for far-left views:

“Do you know the reason why advertisers in this country love the 18-34 demographic? Because it’s the most gullible,” Maher quipped.

Maher referenced a 2020 Gallup poll that young Americans were far more likely to embrace the revolutionary idea of abolishing the police.

Maher then cited a 2019 survey from the Victims of Communism Memorial Foundation that found 36% of Millennials approve of communism, which is up from 28% in 2018. The study also discovered that 70% of Millennials are “extremely likely” or “somewhat likely” to vote for a socialist candidate.

“36% of Millennials think it might be a good idea to try communism. But much of the world did try it,” Maher said. “I know, Millennials think that doesn’t count because they weren’t alive when it happened, but it did happen, and there are people around who remember it. Pining for communism is like pining for Betamax or Myspace.”

“So when you say, you’re old, you don’t get it get what abolish the police? And the border patrol? And capitalism? And cancel Lincoln? No, I get it; the problem isn’t that I don’t get what you’re saying, or that I’m old; the problem is that your ideas are stupid,” Maher blasted.

Maher and all liberals (and he’s barely that) are the father of these wayward children; don’t be fooled.

Like Communism, he and the Dershowitz’s of the world will just complain “They didn’t do it the right way.”

It’s gullibility for sure but it’s mostly a lack of a true education with insight and scientific rigor.  Education is now indoctrination and serious debate is not allowed on a range of topics.  Young people these days are trained to believe on first word/first read without questioning anything.  This is a big change from before when parents and teachers raised kids to be skeptical of almost everything.
