Nope – a community hospital.
But we successfully completed a conversion to Cerner while keeping Carestream so I’m familiar with the types of of build and workflow issues you’ll run into.

Have had no problems with DPs.
Easy to pull up previous exams.
Service?
Depends on what you need.
Routine support -zero problems.
Custom features – they go through Algotec in Israel (who originally owns the product before it going through Kodak/Carestream/Philips). Not bad – just kind of a pain since they’re 1/2 a day ahead of us. 
We have some unusual customizations. Pretty much anything we could dream up, they helped us implement if at all possible.
