  Top percentile pay

  When a group states they have top 5 or top 10 percentile pay, what does that equate to? I contacted a group that said that and then they said their partners earn around 550k, is that top 5 percentile?

  In private practice, I think 550 k is probably at the middle. In current market maybe even a little below. top 5-10 percentile should be 700 + for sure.
