That very morning, Trumps attorney, Michael Cohen, had created a limited liability company, public records show, that ultimately would serve as a vehicle for Danielss payoff. But the money had not arrived. A second email to Cohen, a short time after the first, said Daniels was calling the deal off.

if a valid NDA exists wouldn’t she already be in breach? I’m not sure I need much more detail on Trump’s bone session than she’s already provided. Is she just trying to get 15 more minutes of fame?

But getting a definitive court ruling that there is no valid NDA would make it more like for say…a book publisher to jump on board etc
