Sean Spicer Time to move on
Holy cow. Has anyone seen tidbits from Sean Spicer’s presser today. I listened to a brief clip someone sent me of him comparing Assad and Hitler. These are the words coming out of his mouth.
You had someone as despicable as Hitler, who didnt even sink to using chemical weapons.
He was not using the gas on his own people the same way that Assad is doing.
So Sean, the Jews weren’t Germans? WTF Sean.

I caught some of her presser. She seems vastly better than Spicemaster. Small sample size but it didn’t seem like it was her vs the press. Like the anti-Spicer. He’s also getting ripped because he supposedly was trying to hide in in and around the schrubs to escape questions. He’s being mercilessly mocked on Twitter for it. Someone has the easter bunny pic of him standing between George and Laura Bsuh.

IOW the ‘hiding in the bushes’ thing was fake news. Oops.-
It was a journalistic error. And the paper did exactly what it is supposed to do when it incorrectly reports a story. It promptly issues a correction.
That’s what is supposed to happen.
News outlets of all types and in all media formats make mistakes. They have been making those errors and issuing appropriate corrections and/or retractions when necessary long before the moniker of “fake news”.
I would not put this story into that category myself. I would, however, call it it a journalistic failure. The reporter caved to the temptation of click bait and the editor didn’t stop it.-
When you first read about the bushes it does come off like he’s hiding in a bush. However, even though it turns out to be incorrect, I can totally believe that would be a Spicer move. Jumping into the hedges like he’s diving away from a grenade. More cannon fodder for Saturday Night Live.

So now I’m reading she’s as big a BS artist as Spicemaster. She made claims about FBI agents calling her about Comey and what I’m reading is most career FBI news coverage says there’s about a 0% chance anyone would be talking to her.

Yesterday’s White House press briefing felt like a bit of a watershed moment.
Repeatedly questioned over her past statements regarding Stormy Daniels and Trump, Sarah Huckabee Sanders had no acceptable response.
The implication from the Press core was she had either overtly lied to them in the past or was not in the loop, and therefore worthless as a source of information.
