  Remote mammo readers in ChangeMcKesson

  We hired 2 radiologists to read remotely, this is suppose to include reading mammo.  Im concerned about the lack of caching in Change/McKesson specifically for Mammo + priors.  Does anyone have (or had) radiologists reading mammo in McKesson remotely and can share your experience?

  Make sure workstation specs are “Quad Core Process ,128 GB internal memory/ 1GB local network “, and all my Rads reading Mammo on 12.4 ver (Mammo plus), pulling all priors without any issues.

    How do you get a 1gb local network working remotely.

      I currently get 864 down and 914 Mbps at my house….
      Thats awfully close

        I’ve found that latency is a bigger factor than upload or download speeds.
