IR Independent
I recently applied for IR independent “residency”, formerly known as conventional IR fellowship. I was curious to see if anyone knows when places start to look over applications and send out invites. Also, not sure how this interview cycle will be with zoom, but curious to see if anyone has any tips/ideas on how to get a decent idea about a program.

I was in the first year they did independent residency and interview offers were very spread out from within a week or two after they could see applications and then some places waited to send offers until they were basically done with integrated IR/DR interviews. Best of luck.
