  • Single solitary lytic lession of the calvarium. Differential?

    Good afternoon, attached below are T1 contrast enhanced sagittal and transverse MRI sequences spaced 8 months apart. The patient is a 32y/o female with no known primary neoplasm and the calvarial lesion is an incidental finding. There are no other bony lesions present in the rest of the skull.

    What are the most likely differentials?

    Lesion is difficult to visualize without contrast enhancement.

    Any ideas?
