The issue here is not that the GLBA lobby is concerned they are losing rights. They want the legal right to force all religious organizations to sanction these unions fully. To shut down any religious organization that does not fully support homosexuality as a healthy, completely acceptable alternative lifestyle and routinely elect active homosexuals as clergy. To label any dissenting voice as ‘hate speech’, first as an socially distasteful perjorative, and then as a crime.
