    I sorry and I may be confused, but did not the votes diside this???  Are they not the ones who voted on the ban??
     
    I agree that it is not the gov who should say, but the voters.  If most people agree, then ok, but if not, then so sad-to bad.  The people have spoken!!!!!!!
     
    The really funny thing here is the flack that the LDS church is taking on this issue, where just a little over 100 years ago their where forced to stop the practice of polygamy because most to the people view it as inmoral.  Utah’s statehood hinged on the church banning the practice
     
    Talk about a big change in views.
