     by a  62% to 30% margin most Americans think Donald Trump has committed a crime. Independent voters  think Trump is guilty by 67% to 18%. …thats a net 7-point shift from just two weeks ago

    It looks like the political impact of an actual Trump conviction are probably not factored into the polling of the 2024 presidential race yet. The nightmare scenario for Republicans …up and down the ballot…  especially since so many seem fine with voting for Trump in any scenario … is that hes convicted next summer after winning the GOP nomination and *then* his poll numbers tank.
