    We evaluate based on several factors the most important is trends in collected revenue.  We also evaluate based on number of new referrals per month, referrals per provider per month, and amount of money spent compared with revenue generated.  Our marketer shares in our productivity bonus a HUGE incentive which we feel is critical in maintaining our competitive share of the market.
