    The problem that I have seen and seen repeatedly is [b][u]the least efficient slowest guys often want compensated the most[/u][/b]…..because….welll things are just harder for them…..or well they are just being more careful….or well they are just making another excuse for why they are slow.

     
    OMFG.  That is SO true.  And the truly ironic thing about it is how [i]offended[/i] they get when you point out that they’re draggin’ a$$.  Kind of the-best-defense-is-a-good-offense deal. 
     
    This is related to another recent thread about ‘quality’ issues where an OP wanted comments about how to ‘retrain’ a rad (not OP’s words but basically what he wanted).  I’ve never seen an instance where a sub-standard rad was able to buck up.  As the old saying goes:  People don’t see the light, they feel the heat.  And when a slow and/or sub-standard rad feels the heat he usually hits the road rather than change himself.
