I have a very good friend where she and her husband saved every penny so they could enjoy their livee once he retired on 12/31. Four days post retirement he had a massive heart attack and….When she was cleaning things up she found concert tix, cruise plans, etc….

Bottom line- live each day like its your last because it may be…I instilled that in both my sons. My eldest is always enjoying time with friends  and youngest a world traveller. If he finds out Tuesday he has a 4 days off in a row you might find him halfway across the world. That is called living and not just existing….I just wish he would let me know before he travels and not after. It changes once you marry and have kids but for now…go for it,
