Agree. There are critical points in life that your body and mind decline remarkably.
For men:
the first major decline occurs at the age of 35.
The second major one occurs at the age of 55-60.
The third major one occurs at the age of 80.For women:
The first major one occurs at the age of 30.
The second major one occurs at 45-50 (menopause)
The third major one occurs at the age of 85.Now if you abuse your body, have bad genes or go through a lot of stress, things will occur sooner or a lot sooner.
