    I agree with the above.

    If you are an employee and are an ‘average’ reader, then you are doing just fine. Actually, it’s kind of stupid to be hyper-productive, unless your pay is tied to said productivity. It’s simple economics.

    Now, if your pay is tied to productivity, then that’s different.

    Plus, as an employee, you have to know that the organization that you work for is obviously still making money off of your labor, of course. Otherwise, why would they hire you at all, if not out of necessity or to clear a profit? They wouldn’t.
