Age seems to be an issue of how sharp your mind is, how strong and flexible your body is, and how active you remain in your activities. The mind part can be genetic and out of our hands. But for many of us, the physical part is up to you. We got guys in their late 30s in our group who look old, and I know guys in their early 50s who are like strapping young men, grapple, sprint, lift, ruck etc. Injury prevention becomes a major goal in how you train as you get older, ask me how I know.

I want to work 1-2 days a week in the hospital until I die, probably work in Breast imaging, I enjoy the interactions with techs and patients, and I think it’ll keep my mind sharp.

Genetics also plays significant role in your body and physical health.
