The admins block off most cross-sectional imaging and ultrasound- so basically youre left with plain films. Late afternoon they release only a few CT and US studies at a time and with all the telerads, they get scooped up very quickly. Some rads dont care and will grab/dictate a study you have open.
Dont follow you. Are you saying a job there will be mostly plain films? That all the higher wRVU cases cherry picked and hard to come by.
