US Radiology Specialists Update?
Looks like US Radiology Specialists “partnered” with several other practices over the last few years (see [link=https://www.usradiology.com/partners]here[/link]). Would anyone from some of these groups be willing to comment on how things are going? Compensation? Schedule? Volume? Turnover? Future of the group? Etc. Feel free to be vague and not mention your specific group if it encourages participation. I promise I’m not some evil overlord – just an interested worker bee.

Just got an email from them offering 5000$ fee for referring a rad to them
Plus they give you a bonus for every 6 months that rad stays with them

Soon they will be offering a percent of every read from the rad you referred. Sounds like the ponzi schemes from the “click bait” internet based ads from the 2000’s.

Not that it really matters what churn and burn it is but I want to confirm the email chiro referenced is from USARAD and not US Radiology Specialists. Different groups. Might as well be fair and be accurate about who we are discussing.

anybody know about tele positions with USRS? wondering if it’s a long term option or something they might end once they’re better staffed.

Dont know specifics about the tele position you are looking at – is it with USRS directly or one of the individual groups? They would certainly drop tele people if they became better staffed. I think it is highly unlikely they become adequately staffed in the short or long term, just like all of the other PE backed groups.
