Do you get a severance when you decide to leave?

Any advice on financial related things I should be asking for when leaving a group if Im leaving before I become partner? Ex accounts receivables, etc

Are they firing you with a notice period shorter than specified in your contract ?

If not, you get what is spelled out in your employment contract. Usually that would be your last paycheck (and if you are lucky a pro-rated bonus check at the time of the next bonus run).

If you are the one leaving, the group owes you nothing beyond your paycheck.

If you are not a partner,  you are not entitled to accounts receivable.  Anything you are entitled to should be spelled out in your employment agreement.  You are likely not fully vested in the pension.

Hush money. There are a few groups that will pay leaving rads to leave discretely.

Zero severance. In 30 years of experience running groups — you might be able to extend your group medical health coverage for a month or two as you transition to your new job. If you have kids/wife on the policy, may be good idea in order to avoid COBRA — a very painful, expensive and bureaucratic experience.
