Rad burnout working for vs working with the group
I cannot help but wonder rad job satisfaction in those who work for vs working with a group.
Obviously working with seems much better. Open communication, less agendas, less dictatorial (I think). Curioushow many on this forum feel about it.
I work for the group I am in and am looking to work with a group.
Thoughts? Or just too much time on my hands, Ive got too much time on my hands..

Employed Rad gig is a good one, once you have passed F you money.
You can then come and go freely with no attachment to any one group. You can go to highest bidder or switch to Tele fairly easily.
