Dont believe any partnership track private practice jobs exist anymore in nyc. There are a few large private practices that hire employees, likely at worse terms than elsewhere in the country. Most rads in nyc and surrounding likely work as employees for mount sinai, NYP, NYU, northwell, or municipal hospitals. Maybe have some pp in NJ, upstate, PA, or CT although long partnership tracks, high buy ins and possibility of selling out or being churned and burned are higher then elsewhere.
