I believe that today 2023 we can find very good SPECT PSMA tracers available in the market. together with new SPECT CT systems, that can make the difference. for example the VERITON-CT. We now have Lu 177 and TC PSMA

To nudge the 90% of urologists who oder a planar MDP study towards PET. In reality it’s not the uros who are the problem but the insurance companies. More data to push legislative action to force insurers to do things that may not be cost effective but medically more adequate.
