    Overlay Diagnostic Viewer

    Looking for anyone that has experience implement an overlay viewer for diagnostic reading which will pull patients’ studies from at least 3 different PACS storage systems.
    There will be an EMPI to assure patient identity. 
    Not interested in any cloud solution. 
    This should not cost too much as it will be an interim solution.
