Locum per diem employment
Hello fellow R.T.’s,
Is there anyone out there working on the side with a Locum Company doing part time work. Just would like to know of other local Radiology registry company’s that hire R.T.’s as Independent contractors and find them work for hospitals or Surgery centers ext… I am specifically looking for more work in the southern California region. I am currently on board with Medley. They are ok, but sometimes the work available gets snatched up by another technologist because it is first come first served. The compensation is below normal per diem pay if compared to hospital work. Would love to have any input.
Years ago I had the opportunity to work as a registry technologist and was assigned to work Kaiser Sunset and Kaiser Fontana. I would love the opportunity to do so again. References to a good Locum company (Radiology Registry’s) would be appreciated. -
