    Kaiser Acquisition of Geisinger, how does this affect SCPMG if at all?

    So it looks like Kaiser is acquiring Geisinger to create a new health group called Risant. 
     
    My question is how does this affect the physicians in socal (SCPMG) if at all? Anyone at kaiser hear anything about how the acquisition might affect their practice? 
     
    I had heard some rumblings of friction between the doctors group and the hospital/health plan.  
     
    trying to figure out how stable the group will be long term
