Interesting peds suprasellar mass case
2 year old male presenting with frequent falls. Homogenously enhancing suprasellar mass which is separate from the pituitary gland. Optic chiasm is compressed at the inferior aspect of the mass. No diffusion restriction or calcifications. What would be your leading considerations? I was thinking in terms of hypothalamic-chiasmatic glioma, germinoma or papillary type of craniopharyngioma.
Thanks!
