Final Reads from US Military Base Abroad.
Could someone be kind enough to point me in the right direction regarding whether final reads could be read from a US military base located in another country as it relates to doing Remote Locum Tenens. I have been told the biggest hurdle is CMS and possible billing issues but please keep in mind this would still be done on what is considered to be United States soil.

If you’re in Guam then you’re fine.
We pursued this before and found it was impossible to get a direct answer from CMS and the most common answer was “we won’t know until you submit the claim”.
I look forward to hearing from someone who has tried.-
Interesting concept. This could change the paradigm. At the same time, wouldn’t driving to a military base daily be a hassle with all the security every day ? I would probably prefer reading from home in US in PJs than spending 1 hour to reach a US base in a foreign country, go through security and repeat.
