Extra CME funds

Given the limited conferences and/or ability to travel, any good ideas on how to use and not waste extra CME funds? Already considering multi-year ARRS membership, a few interesting online courses… Any other specific ideas, subscriptions, courses, books?

I recently used mine to get ACR membership to do case in points.

  It’s that time of year again, when the countdown on using those CME funds approaches.
  There seems to be far fewer CME courses available this year. Anyone have any novel suggestions?

    I recommend board vitals cme questions. They also usually offer a free Amazon gift card as somewhat of a kickback ha

        Has anyone used the board vitals cme? Does it give modality specific cme credits that we can actually use?

        I am curious about this too. I thought about doing RadPrimer, but no CME.
